16 years female patient presented with complicated enteric fever with recurrent massive small intestine bleeding. Done laprotomy with limited intestinal removal, facilitated by on table surgery guided enteroscopy to determine extent of resection and site of bleeding.
Great support by Dr Nirav, gastroenterologist and critical care team, Dr Mayank, Dr Vishal, Dr Piyush and Dr Rajesh.
