School of Physiotherapy, RK University is organizing the 13th National Level Physiotherapy Summit 'Physiofest 2023' with focal theme 'Innovation-Collaberation-Rehabilitation' on January 07, 2023, in association with Indian Head Injury Foundation. Summit will have expert talks on innovation and rehabilitation and an opportunity for participants to showcase their knowledge and skill through Platform, Poster and Model Presentations, Academic Excellence Awards, and various cultural competitions. To celebrate Constitution Day, RK University has organized an awareness session for new voters on 'Importance of Voting & Indian Constitution' on November 28, 2022 at RKU City Campus.

Under the aegis of Centre for Professional Development, RKU, School of Engineering, RKU organized a two-day International Conference on Science, Engineering and Technology (ICSET 2022) in collaboration with AICTE and AIP for publishing. During this conference, Dr. S Pandian (Professor IIT Madras and Former Director, Distinguished Scientist, Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota, ISRO) and Dr. Praveen Kumar B (Scientist- ‘F’ and Head, Armament Material Technology Centre, at ARDE, DRDO, Pune) addressed about recent developments and scopes in their respective areas to researchers, academicians, industrialists, and students.

In association with the International Diabetes Federation (IDF), Pharma Health Club, School of Pharmacy, RK University organized an awareness drive on Diabetes for citizens & students on World Diabetes Day on the theme 'Diabetes: Education to protect tomorrow'. Our students briefly explained citizens about causes and effects of diabetes on health. Various competitions for students & health checkup camp for faculties were also organized at School of Pharmacy, RKU.

We feel proud to share that our student Jasmin Patel won Gold Medal in Badminton in the 6th International Games 2022 held in Nepal by The Association for Traditional Youth Games & Sports - International.

In presence of Shri Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Hon'ble Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship & Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, RK University signed MOUs with renowned associations of the region like Rajkot Information Technology Association (RITA), Machine Tools Manufacturers' Association - Rajkot (M.T.M.A), Rajkot Management Association (RMA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Rajkot Chapter for bridging the industry-academia gap and open new doors for startups and innovation in the region.
