Inclusiveness and openness was one of the prerequisites when planning the house.A 4bhk apartment was converted to a 3bhk apartment to seamlessly combine the formal living , the dining and the informal living into one physical entity. Although being visually connected the spaces were strategically separated to serve their specific functions.

House 9 | A humble abode
Nestled in the heart of the city, the house luxuriously provides the comfort of light, air & breathtaking views. The brief was to design a simple, serene & sophisticated space. We kept a neutral base palette to accentuate the surrounding views, punctuating each space a bold colour. The colourful narrative not only creates a visual interest but is also an ode to it residents’ persona.

Our Founder, Ritika Saraf received her undergraduate degree in Architecture (BArch) at school of planning and architecture, Bhopal in 2015 where she graduated with honours. She later went on to obtain her Masters in Interior design(MFA) from Pratt Institute, New York City in 2019. After working across various firms in Mumbai, New Delhi & New York, Ritika has returned to India to establish her own practice.

We specialize in creating contemporary environments which are functional, logical, aesthetically pleasing and evoke nostalgia by drawing connections to the past. Our studio believes in constantly innovating and reinterpreting the idea of home, work, shop, relax, entertain etc. We always prioritize quality over quantity of work and create experiences and memories.
