The Finance Bill, 2023 introduced a significant amendment to the Income Tax Act, 1961 by adding a new clause (h) to section 43B. This inclusion is designed as a Socio-Economic Welfare Measure, primarily targeting Mirco and Small companies to ensure timely payments.
With due respect to all the amendments a PPT was prepared by of which underwent discussions on 3rd of February,2024 at 5 pm in the conference hall.
