“Ayurveda is a sister philosophy to yoga.
It is the science of life
or longevity &
it teaches about the power &
the cycles of nature, as well as the elements.”
-- Christy Turlington
“Ayurveda teaches us to cherish our innate-nature – ‘to love & honor who we are’,
not as what people think or tell us,
‘who we should be’.”
