Languages: Good command of English & Hindi. Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada will be added advantages.

Other Skills: Valid 2 wheeler license, Microsoft Excel & basic computer knowledge is a must.

Scope of work

• Generate new leads by networking, field visits, and cold calling.

• Attend customers walking into our showroom

• Contact new leads over the phone and arrange meetings to take their requirements.

• Discuss and take notes of client requirements.

• Arrange/attend site visits to take physical measurements and understand the site conditions.

• Debrief the requirements to the designer and get the floor plan and elevation drawings prepared.

• Explain the drawings and requirements to the estimator and prepare the official quotation based on the estimation received.

• Share the quotation and drawings with the client and get feedback by following up.

• Make necessary changes to the quotation/design and revert to clients.

• Close the deal after negotiation and get an advance payment to begin the 3D designing.

• Work closely with the designer to get the 3D designs to the client.

• Discuss with the client and make necessary revisions to the 3D designs.

• After approval of designs. Collect advance to start the ex*****on.

• Attend production meetings to brief the production manager.

• Make site visits during project ex*****on to make sure the work is happening as per approved designs and quality.

• Keep in touch with the client during the project ex*****on to evaluate customer satisfaction and concern.

• Prepare invoices and vouchers related to projects being handled.

• Collect final payment from the client after project completion.

We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to handle our commercial/residential interior fit-out projects.

Job Description

Understand project brief from sales team.

Make project plan and timeline in discussion with project manager.

Communicate with client reagrding project plan and timeline.

Sourcing the materials required for the project from local vendors.

Coordinate with production supervisor to make sure the materials are prepared at the factory as per drawings.

Quality checking of the prepared material before despatch to site.

Communicate/manage the carpenters on site during the installation process.

Quality control throught out the entire project ex*****on phase.

Make sure the project is progressing as per discussed/promised timeline.

Keep the client informed about the project progress and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project phase.

Daily reporting to project manager regarding the progress of the projects.

Languages: English & Hindi. (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam will be added advantage)

Two wheeler license (Four wheeler license will be added advantage)

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, AutoCad will be added advantage)
