What is different this cycle is that Long Term Holders have stopped spending their coins, suggesting an unwillingness to sell at these prices.

The green line is the current rally from halving compared to the previous bull run after halving. It shows that we still have 8-10 months to reach the top.

The bear market is usually identified by looking at multiple indicators for example:

1. Current Price below EMA200 on 1day time frame

2. Price below Weekly 21 EMA

3. Trend is downwards

4. Net inflow of stablecoins (USDT/USDC) is low.

5. inflow to Spot exchange is high.

All these are indication of a bear market. In case of we have seen all these datapoints proving to be true. Therefore, it is a confirmed bear market.

But....

On the brighter side, we know by looking at the historical charts that corrections/dips in the bull market are for buying. Technical indicators like Stochastic RSI, MACD etc. are showing that BTC has possibly bottomed out. Usually, BTC has pumped twice and reached at 90 level on mothly RSI, this has happened only once until now. Bull and Bear market has never occured in the same year. Wall Street/Corporate Giants like MicroStrategy, PayPal and Tesla have already entered Crypto space. Good enough reason to buy.
