"Difficult ERCP ( through endoscopy) for Large CBD stone"
On 01/04/2022, A 45 yr old lady came to our hospital with the complains of severe pain abdomen, jaundice and Large CBD stone (on usg), she was reffered to Hyderabad by her treating Doctor because of very Large CBD stone (about 22mm),but due to Economic problem they consulted Dr.Narayan Agarwal (MD, DM,DNB Gastro) of Sai Hospital Siliguri. Her Large CBD stone was removed successfully by Dr.Narayan Agarwal through ERCP . Within 24 hrs of the ERCP, patient was discharged from Sai hospital,Siliguri in a comfortable condition.

9th May 2021 - 3 yrs old baby named Utkarsha Sharma, had difficulty swallowing food and water. History of Accidental Ingestion of Coin.
Dr. Narayan Agarwal had seen the patient in the Emergency of Sai
Hospital. Emergency endoscopy was done and the coin was taken out successfully without any complications. Coin removal was done without any operation with the help of two prongs forceps. The patient become symptom-free after removal of the coin and went home safely.
