लायंस क्लब ऑफ सिलीगुड़ी तराई जरूरतमंदों को सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए जाना जाता है और अपने "अन्नपूर्णा रसोई" के हिस्से के रूप में, तराई अन्नपूर्णा रसोई एक मोबाइल फूड वैन है जो पौष्टिक भोजन प्रदान करती है। वैन को शहर के विभिन्न स्थानों पर रखा जाता है और एक सत्र में करीब 300 से 600 व्यक्तियों की सेवा करता है। समाज के कई लोग समय-समय पर परियोजना को प्रायोजित करने के लिए आगे आते हैं क्योंकि वे अपना जन्मदिन, वर्षगांठ या किसी अन्य अवसर पर जरूरतमंदों की सेवा करके मनाते हैं। आज गर्व के साथ एक लाख लोगों को सेवा 11महीने में ही पूर्ण कर लायंस क्लब ऑफ सिलीगुड़ी तराई,
मेघा फूड कैंप फॉर ऑल सिलीगुड़ी के 18 नम्बर वार्ड के खुदीराम कॉलोनी स्थित गुरुकुल स्कूल एंड कोचिंग सेंटर के बच्चो उनके परिवार एवम आस पास के लोगो के साथ अपने एक लाख लोगों तक भोजन पहुंचाने के लक्ष्य पूर्ति होने के उपलक्ष में एक उत्सव मनाया गया और 321बच्चो को उपहार स्वरूप पढ़ाई के लिए जरूरी सामान दी गई साथ 600 लोगों को भोजन कराया गया।
आज के कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहे लायन सुरेश सिंघल,VDG 1इलैक्ट,लायन निर्मल गिदड़ा, पीएमसीसी लायन श्रवण चौधरी पीडीजी,18 नम्बर वार्ड पार्षद श्री संजय शर्मा जी उपस्थित रहें ।
लायंस क्लब ऑफ सिलीगुड़ी तराई के प्रेसिडेंट लायंन महेश कुमार ,प्रोग्राम चेरमेन लायन आलोक साहा , एवम सभी सदस्य उपस्थित थे । तराई शक्ति के अध्यक्ष लायन मंजू अग्रवाल एवम सदस्य की गरिमामय उपास्ति रही।

सर्वप्रथम मुख्य अतिथि एवं मंच पर उपस्थित सभी गणमान लोगो को चंदन टीका खादा लगाकर एवम केक काट कर खुशी मनाई गई एवम बच्चो को उपहार दिए गए।

Today was the fifth and final day of the auspicious occasion of *Hanumanji janam utsav and the pranpratistha of Shri Balaji Mangal Dham Mandir.*

To celebrate the auspicious occasion of inaguration of *Shri Balaji Mangal Dham Mandir*, Shri Balaji Mangal Dham Trust will serve
everyday from 12- 16th April, 2022. Today Khichadi, Sabjee, Rasgulla and other sweets were served among the devotees through Annapurna Rasoi camp.

Today we witnessed two Annapurna Rasoi camps sponsored by single family which is unusual.The first camp was organised at Mallaguri bye pass road and second one was organised at sevoke road. The festival look at both the venues was simply amazing. The organizers really worked hard for a purposeful Bhandara day on the occasion of Navratri.

Today's rasoi camp was organised near Siddheswar Kalibari where Basanti Puja is also going on. In the camp Poori, sabjee sweets etc. were served among 348 beneficiaries. The camp was organised in loving memory of Late Smt Mani Kanta Periwal, mother of our own member Lion Arun Periwal.

We have completed 200 camps successfully🙏

Dear friends,
200th Camp of Terai Annapurna Rasoi was a truly historic camp for us organized at ward number 33 at NJP colony and inaugurated by Mayor Shri Goutam Deb. We had a very strong presence of approx 20/22 club members which was really a big morale booster.
This special camp was attended by DG Elect Lion Hemant , Lion Bishnu Kedia, Lion Vishal Jain.
We provided food for over 2200 people today and distributed 51 set of utensils and 100 mosquito net to the needy people in the area.
Today, as the chairman of project Annapurna Rasoi, I am deeply thankful to all our members for coming forward and making this as most memorable and heart touching camp.
