3. Participants are required to submit their work in *MP4 / MKV* format to respective contacts.
4. The film can be of *BENGALI /HINDI /* *ENGLISH* but *subtitle isn't mandatory*.
5. Content shouldn't attack any *CASTE* , *CREED* , *RELIGION* , *S*X* , and *sentiments of other person/people* .
6. *Plagiarism* of any form will absolutely *not* to be entertained and will lead to disqualification.

As they say, the great city of Rome was not built in a day. It was a culmination of years of misdeeds, plottings and like most monumental things usually are, was definitely an act of revenge. Brothers Romulus and Remus were cast into the river Tiber when they were just infants; they were rescued and raised by wolves. Being sons of the god Mars and a human mother, they were said to posses extraordinary strength and overpowered the then Greek king to lay the foundation of Rome in the wake of the Trojan war. Romulus Augustus then began the first king of Rome, following his fratricide of Remus.
The story of these brothers provide inspiration of bravery in the past and with that inspiration, let's move ahead with full force for our very own Plasma 2023 : Euphoria and Elegance is just 2 days away. Following the example set by the Romans, we NBMCians endure on to make this one of the largest fests the North has ever seen.
