lifestyle changed they didn't have to pay money to built houses for themselves for the upliftment of private school at Latpanchar peoples gave their sincere effort.Almost every peoples are educated a littrate for higher studies students generally go to the bigger towns for better studies. As Latpanchar is a very small village so,there is a lack of opportunity to do work so people go to different metropolitan cities to do work.The main source of revenue can be taken as cinchona plantation, production of ginger,large cardamom and the production of broom.people of Latpanchar are very labourous and they produce various kinds of commodities namely potato,ginger pumpkin, which they need in daily life so due to this they do not have to depend much on market and even this contribution in their daily income.
