Case of full mouth rehabilitation

Patient complain of pain and discoloration of teeth.

I did root canal treatment in all teeth and placed PFM crown.

Case of esthetic Treatment:-

Class 3 caries in both upper central incisors.

Composite restoration done in both teeth( 3M Espe filtek Z250 xt kit use)

A2 shade restored.

Full mouth teeth cleaning (ultrasonic scaling).

Horizontally placed lower third molar extraction.

Extraction of impacted lower left third molar.

Case of the week

Patient came with complain of loosing of lower anterior teeth.

Grade 2 mobile of both lower center incisors and grade 1 mobility in both lateral incisors.

So we planned to extraction of all four lower center incisors.

And 21 days we gave seven unit bridge.

Patient was so worried about their teeth but after treatment she was so happy.

Ankylosis teeth extraction of upper third molar.

Buccally placed right upper third molar.
