In our Curing chambers, humidity is maintained at over 85%. This comes from the concrete forming moisture itself. No added water!

Curing of your concrete units starts within minutes of production. This is also one of the ways we REDUCE EFFLORESCENCE on our units, and enhance curing quality, while mitigating environmental effects.

First in-person meeting of our sales team in over three years (no small thanks to COVID 19). So satisfying to actually meet up.

# Paving the way for the Future

Zero water effluent:

Did you know that Wet presses for Kerbs use very wet concrete during production.?

During the forming process, approximately 50% of the water from the concrete is squeezed out with help of approximately 400 tons of hydraulic pressure and vacuum.

At our Sanand Plant, we have installed a complete water recycling plant, which ensures we recycle 100% of the water from the process. This effectively reduces our freshwater consumption in the manufacture of our international standard Kerbstones by approximately 50%.

We are proud of the baby steps we keep taking all the time to protect our environment, reduce our carbon footprint and reduce our use of resources.

We save potentially 12,000,000 kgs of CO2 emissions every year through our superior manufacturing processes.

Cement is the source of about 8% of the world's carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, and every kg of cement produced emits an estimated 0.81 kgs of CO2.

Over our current cement usage of over 25000 TPA, we save an estimated 15000 TPA of cement annually- as compared to the conventional concrete paving manufacturing processes in India for the given grade of paving specification.

How do we achieve this saving?

a. Most sophisticated production control including, the finest batching and mixing plants and presses with very fine tolerances, computerized moisture sensing, water dosing, and additional select admixtures.
b. Use of mix designs specifically derived for paving unit production processes
c. Real-time adjustments to recipes based on received raw materials by an in-house software
d. Generous and formal use of Supplementary Cementitious Minerals
e. Controlled curing in chambers- without the use of any additional water.
f. Use of QMS - as per requirements of IS 9001:2015
g. Extensive round-the-clock testing and monitoring facility which employs 12 persons in full-time staff

The above steps help us save Cement by around 40%, while supplying the finest material in the industry.
