✨✨✨✨✨✨Since inception, I’ve pledged to bake & cook for everyone; Everyone including people with great & slow metabolism, but more than this – also for the ones with celiac disease, diabeties, lactose-intolerance etc. The dish was created out of my relentless pursuit of being able to create magic out of our age-old millets while it’s also low-carb & works for my clients with celiac disease – ‘coz EVERYONE DESERVES TO EAT DELICIOUS FOOD! It’s been a hit since 2020, at parties, get-togethers and more!😊
This dish of sliders is a fun, bite-sized endeavour to bring in as much flavour possible, while being gluten-free. An American concept twisted into a slightly pungent impact for the Indie tastebuds, the African sauce truly comes alive with the ragi buns & quinoa-green pea patty in the center, which wouldn’t taste as beautiful with refined flour or potato. For a citrusy touch & a grassy undertone, the creamy dil dip elevates the dish like no other! 💖
