With a Hotel Management Diploma from Food Craft Institute Pune and an experience of 27 years in the industry varying from Hotels, Restaurants, Banqueting, Retailing, Corporate Sector and Cruise ships, I learnt the best way to get to the people’s heart is by cooking good food and You have to put your passion in to the food.
I have a personal, enormous enthusiasm for Goan Food & with the help of my Goan Aunt;I learnt the art of authentic Goan Cuisine a unique blend of Indian and Portuguese flavors.
At Nav Gomantak I have brought this exciting multi-cultural world of Goan food to reach all Seafood lovers in and around the city by blending the main ingredients of Coconut Milk, Rice and local spices together and each curated dish has a traditional flavor that is paired with the right cooking technique.
