●1/2 cup dates, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/4 cup apricots
●1/4 cup cashews & almonds
●1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
●Chili powder, turmeric, mustard seeds, asafoetida
●1/4 cup sesame oil, salt
Instructions:
●Heat oil & splutter mustard seeds.
●Add spices & stir.
●Mix in dry fruits & nuts.
●Pour the vinegar, and cook briefly.
Cool & store. Enjoy!
