ADVENT ,The Technical fest of SCTCE in association with CYBOTS presents

ARDUINO MAKATHON

The competition will be conducted in three rounds.

First round: A quiz round covering the basics of Arduino, general programming and the technologies related to micro-controllers.

Second round: A code to obtain the provided output, have to be written. Scores will be based on the performance and efficiency of the code.

Third round: Design and build an impromptu Arduino-based system. Scores will be based on the design and performance of the system.

🔴 Date: February 23, 2020
🔴 Venue: SCT College of Engineering

Rules to be followed:

• Participants can compete either individually or in groups of 2.
• Laptops are mandatory
• At the end of each of round, there will be an elimination process on the basis of the scores of the participants in the previous round.
• The decision of the judges shall be final
• In case of a tie, the cumulative scores of the previous rounds would be considered.

Cybots in collaboration with IEEE conducted a hands-on workshop "Build Your Own Wall Follower" on 23rd November 2019. The resource person for this workshop is Anirudh V.L of T5B.The event was a big success.
Hearty thanks to all the participated students , volunteers and also Anirudh for handling the sessions.

So, We Cybots SCTCE collaborated with our like-minded friends at IEEE SCT SB to conduct this "Build Your Own Wall Follower" hands-on workshop.

Wall follower is a simple but curious robot. As engineers building a robot is what fires us the most.

Cybots had its fabulous inception with the orientation session which took place on 16th of October.Vibrant presence of enthusiastic students who have the view of being in the right platform for the development of robotics skills, added colours to the session.
The session comprised of informative talks from Smt.Bindu Narayanan and Smt .Aparna P R. It was followed by the official logo launch of Cybots.
This is just a beginning.
A lot of workshops, competitions and events are planned through out this year.
