ഗതാഗത ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ കൈവരിക്കുന്നതിൽ കെഎസ്ആർടിസിയുടെ ഡ്രൈവർമാർ നിർണായക പങ്ക് വഹിക്കുന്നു. പാസഞ്ചർ യാത്രാ വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ ഡ്രൈവർമാർ യാത്രക്കാരുടെ ജീവിതത്തിന് വലിയ ഉത്തരവാദികളാണ്. യാത്രക്കാർക്ക് മികച്ച യാത്രാനുഭവം നൽകുകയും സുരക്ഷ ഉറപ്പാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ട് വിശ്വസ്ത തൊഴിലുടമയ്ക്ക് ഏറ്റവും മികച്ചത് നൽകേണ്ടതിനാൽ കൂടുതൽ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം കൂടുതൽ സമ്മർദത്തോടെയാണ് വരുന്നത്. ശാരീരികമായും മാനസികമായും ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ സമ്മർദ്ദം ചെലുത്തുന്ന ജോലിയായി ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് തൊഴിൽ കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. ഡ്രൈവർമാർ വളരെയധികം മാനസിക പിരിമുറുക്കം നേരിടുന്നു, അത് അവരെ ആരോഗ്യ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ, വിശ്രമമില്ലായ്മ, അസന്തുലിതമായ പോഷകാഹാരം, ഉറക്കക്കുറവ് എന്നിവയിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുന്നു. ജീവിത ശൈലി രോഗങ്ങളുടെ തോത് ഇവരിൽ കൂടുതലായി കാണുന്നു.The Drivers of KSRTC are playing crucial role to achieve the goals of the transportation. The passenger traveling vehicles drivers are highly responsible for the life of the passengers. The more responsibility comes with more stress since they have to give the best to the trusted employer by giving the best traveling the experience for the passengers and also ensuring the safety. Driving profession is considered as the highest stressed job physically and mentally. The Drivers are facing lot of mental stress those are leading them to face health issues, inability to relax, imbalanced nutrition, lack of sleep.

Avocados are also packed with monounsaturated fats which increase fat burning and help scorch calories after eating. A diet rich in unsaturated fats (the "mono" ones) also helps prevent body fat from accumulating around the belly.
