Udaipur(12/11/2014) Keeping in tune with the ongoing cricket fever and getting ready for the Cricket world cup lineup .A Cricket match was being organized between students of Advent Institute of Management Studies. Enthusiastic interest of student was at its peak and was being showcased in the amount of effort that was being put in by students on the cricketing meadows.
Team were selected based on competencies and focus was being placed on the formulation of a balanced side which could face the challenge. Members from both team lined up of a formal interaction before the match.Players were being briefed about the rules and instruction were being laid down for a fair play.
It was a 15-15 a side match and after winning the toss seniors chose to throw the challenge of inviting juniors to bat .Juniors overwhelmed with energy tried to find answers to fire blows of seniors and were bundled in around score of three quarters to hundred.
Meekly framed score was easily chased and after the completion team exchanged greeting a goodwill gesture keeping high standard of sportsmen spirit. Matches like this are not just a recreational effort rather a opportunity for of leaning management fundas of team building, planning, scheduling, sportsmen spirit and many others facets to name.
In some total it was a small beginning for activities to be showcased at next higher level. Exhausted after the days work everybody sat together to discuss the success and failure with refreshment to reenergize them for next encounter.
There was no scarcity of energy, strength and joy and again the second challenging encounter was being played .Again seniors were better at skill ,temperament and overall tricks of the trade. Efforts of student were being applauded by coordinator Dr Dipin Mathur and was very happy to see the student coming in numbers and participating in outdoor event. Faculty members were always on ground keeping bird eye on student participation and judgmenting at point of critical point of controversy.

Udaipur(11/11/2014) Students from Management fraternity of Advent Institute of Management studies celebrated the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Maulana Abul Kalam, who is remembered as was a Gandhian Socialist, environmentalist, mystic and independence activist. Following India's independence, he became the first Minister of Education in the Indian government. as "National Education Day" with fun and fare.Tribute were being paid to the great leaders of Indian Independence movement .

Jivatram Bhagwandas Kripalani popularly known as Kripalani , a Gandhian Socialist, environmentalist, mystic and independence activist, too was remembered as his birth anniversary do falls on the same day

Contribution of both the leaders were remembered and day and tribute were being paid to the great sons through a slogan completion to salute great sons of the soil.Students participated in great numbers and made posters on various topics viz National Integration.Student took pledge to follow the path shown by our great leaders and shall try to put in best efforts to revive past glory of India .

Udaipur(31/10/2014) Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel birth anniversary was being celebration as national unity day at Advent College Udaipur.Students and Faculty member gathered for a event being organized by the college.HOD of department was the dignitoniaries for the function.

To commensurate the event Dr Sanjay Gaur throwed light on the life and work done by Sardar Patel.He through motivational illustration asked student to join hands for national cause. Documentary film was being shown to the students later which depicted the life of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel from Birth to the last breadth.Students were overwhelmed to see as to how our national leaders fight for the national Independence and also how our first home minister Sardar Patel was being able to pursue princely state to join India as a nation.

Pledge was being taken on national Unity day by students.Dr Dipin Mathur ,Coordinator took the onus to deliver the oath to students.Programme was being anchored by Pawan Shanker Sharma,Faculty and was ably supported by Gaurav Salvi.

It was really a eye opener for all august present for the function to mark the Birth Aniiversary Celebration of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel.All present learnt many new things about the life of Sardar Patel.Truly inspirational personality who had his name engrossed on writing on modern India.National shall never forget the good work being done by Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel.

Student Farewell

Junior student of Advent Institute of Management Science and Technology (UG) gave memorable farewell to the senior students on Tuesday 20/5/1978 .Memories are forever and so does the feeling was at the end of the function.
It was a moment soaked with emotions and nostralgia.Every body wanted that the clock should stop for the while so that they can make most out of the moment.Everybody remembered their college days and the things they were into. Creatively everything was planned and penned down .
Junior student took the onus and under the able guidance of the faculty members things were being planned .There was a spell bound silence .Once anchor for the night Archit Pamecha broke the silence and therafter great sequence of events was on cards.

डॉ. सुनील मिश्रा ने इस प्रकार के प्रयोजन को भय मुक्त शिक्षा सवर्धन के पल को यादगार आयोजन बताया और कहा कि कहा की फ्रेशर पार्टी का उद्देश्य है की दोस्ताना माहौल मे नवागंतुकों का स्वागत करना, उनकी रचनात्मक योग्यता को प्रोत्साहित करना और उनके आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ावा देना ।

आधुनिक थीम “ब्लूमिंग फ्रेस्टो ” पर नृत्य और विभिन्न प्रबंधन खेल के सही मायनो मे मिश्रण मे आयोजित यह मजाक , मस्ती पूर्ण सत्र था ।

सवाल जवाब, नृत्य और संगीत विभिन्न प्रबंधन खेल में उनके उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन के लिए योगिनी सोनी मिस फ्रेशर एवं हिमांशु व्यास को मिस्टर फ्रेशर पार्टी-“ ब्लूमिंग फ्रेस्टो” सम्मानित किया गया ।

Udaipur Saturday , September 21, 2013, Ms Yogini Soni was adjourned as Miss Fresher and Himanshu Vyas as Mr. Fresher in a gala organized freshers' party organized by senior students of Advent institute of Management Science and Technology(UG) for their new juniors ,a customary welcome event organized to welcome the juniors formally who are new to the system .
Dr Sunil Mishra told that the purpose of these kind of event is to ease students in a fun frolic manner and make the moment a memorable one.

Different round comprising of activities and games with of course a blend of song dance were being held . On the basis of performance in various round the finalists were decided .The finalist than later quizzed by extempore session and based on merit the stars for the evening Mr and Ms freshers were selected.

डॉ. दीपीन माथुर, समन्वयक(एमबीए संकाय) ने कहा की फ्रेशर पार्टी का उद्देश्य है की दोस्ताना माहौल मे नवागंतुकों का स्वागत करना, उनकी रचनात्मक योग्यता को प्रोत्साहित करना और उनके आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ावा देना । पार्टी की थीम “प्रारंपारिक” एक सौहार्दपूर्ण माहौल बनाने के लिए रखा गया था। अवसर पर नृत्य और विभिन्न प्रबंधन खेल में भाग लिया ।सही मायनो मे यह मजाक , मस्ती पूर्ण सत्र था ।

Advent institute of Management Studies organized freshers' party for their new entrants for business administration scheme.It was a fun filled evening full of dance ,masti music , new faces, smiles all along, resounding laughter- yes it is party time!

Dr Dipin Mathur ,Coordinator MBA told that students need moments to chill out and it is a gesture of love that seniors bestowed towards juniors and the very purpose of Freshers Day party to welcome newcomers in a friendly atmosphere and to provide him with space to breath and to encourage their creative impulses to boost their confidence. The theme of the party was to create a amicable environment .It was a colorful occasion as freshers dressed in their best attire performed on various dance and participated in various management game ,It was fun filled session with full on masti and of course a learning.

The purpose of these kind of event is to ease students with seniors and faculties. Among all the spiffy youngsters, the stars of the event were unanimously adjourned Grahita Dave as Miss Fresher and Ashish Wadhwani as Mr. Fresher, as they both were being awarded for their outstanding performance in question answer round ,dance and activity round.

The event was anchored by Mr Akash Gurjar and Ms Khusboo Dwivedi.
