Story of Bathrooms
The smallest room in any project, yet it requires the highest level of attention due to the numerous products, features, vendors, and agencies involved. Despite its size, it consumes a significant portion of working time and attention. This space has various physical aspects such as drainage, plumbing, sunken areas, core cutting, waterproofing, treated water, hot water, tiles, marble, granite, HVAC, electrical systems, lighting, sanitary ware, ceramics, featured ceiling, glass partitions, mirrors, furniture, doors, numerous accessories, and a janitor section. Despite of all post designing and drawings we have to attend the live sessions during working on sites, and selections in the market.

One major challenge arises from its location, which is often at the farthest point in the interior design process. This placement can cause disruptions from the beginning to the completion of the site. Bathroom fixtures are typically installed after other spaces like bedrooms and lobbies, leading to disturbances as workers and vendors move about the site. Additionally, once construction begins, workers sometimes use the bathroom space, leading to challenges in maintaining its cleanliness and functionality.

Clients and professionals understand that it's difficult to control people from using the bathroom prematurely, leading to potential problems during the construction phase.
