▪ We at Seven Two Health Club, Udaipur in association with Convent Seva Sansthan (NGO) organised our first ever Fitness Awareness Program at Govt. School Dakan Kotda.
▪ It was our first move towards such an initiative to make people aware about the benefits of fitness and how it brings energy to our lives.
▪ Our Master coach Mr. Mahendra Meghwal addressed the fitness related issues and tried giving a solution to the same.
▪ While our another coach Mr. Gaurav Menaria explained the right ways to workout and different ways to manage and balance the diet.
▪ We have also received a great participation by the staff members of Senior Secondary Government school, Dakan Kotda.
Few staff members raised their fitness related queries and the issues that they face while working out.
▪ Mr. Laxmi Narayan ji Menaria, ,Founder, Convent Sewa Sansthan, thanked school principal and other staff for cooperating and providing us this opportunity to interact and share our knowledge.
▪ Mr. Vinod Jain Sir, PE teacher, Govt. School Dakan Kotda, talked about how he keeps their players fit and brings out a better performance from them. ▪Mr. Ravi Shah Sir, Principal govt school Dhol Ki Pathi, also explained his routine and the way he motivates his family to stay fit.
▪At the end Mrs. Bhupendra Ma'am, Principal Dakan Kotda school, thanked all the people associated with Convent Sewa Sansthan and Seven two Health Club and promised us a better participation next time.

Here we present few common rules which every gym-goer should follow :
1. Always put your weights back : If you can pick them up, then you can put them back.
2. Always ask, never assume : Never steal someone else's weights or machine, be polite and ask.
3. Keep it clean : No one wants to use sweaty machines, always wipe up after yourself.
4. Give people space : Don't overcrowd people, allow enough room so others can perform their exercises too.
5. Don't hog machines : Nothing is more annoying then someone using a piece of equipment for a very long time. Be mindful especially during busy hours that other people also need to get their workout in too.
6. Avoid long chit chat : People go to the gym to workout, avoid taking up their time by having long conversations, especially if they are resting between sets, note that they need to get back and finish their set.
7. Don't take pictures or selfies : Firstly, it's very annoying and makes it seem like you don't care about working out. Secondly, people don't want to be in other people's photos especially if they are sweating or in between sets. Just remember to respect others.
8. Avoid excess grunting : Not only is it annoying, it's distracting too.
9. Don't make fun of others : Don't stare or make fun of others, we all start from somewhere! Instead try to be helpful and kind.
10. Don't sit on equipment : If you are not using a piece of equipment then don't sit or lean on it as it will deter other's from using it. Try not to be selfish in the gym.
