Ingredients:
Paneer - 100 gm (I used low fat)
Red/yellow/green bell pepper 100gm diced
Onion 25gm diced
Choice of veggies 25gm
Hung curd 20gm
Kashmiri lal mirch 1tsp
Turmeric, Salt 1/2 tsp
2-3 Pinch of garam masala, chaat masala, coriender powder, cumin powder
Ajwain 1pinch

Chicken 150gm boneless
Marination: 1/2 lemon juice, salt, kashmiri lal mirch, tandoor masala, pinch of chaat masala, chili flex, oregano (optional)
Veggies for saute:
150grm choice of mixed veggies (I used red/yellow/green peppers, onion)
1 tbsp finally chopped ginger garlic
Procedure:
1. Chicken + marination spices as per taste (mix well, rest for 15-30min)
2. On hot pan brush ghee Or butter 1-2gm add 1tbsp chopped garlic+ginger then add marinated chicken, low the flame keep lid for 5 min. Turn chicken add veggies salt as per taste. Keep lid for another 5 min. Roast well both side without lid until all jucies get dry.

Lazy Cooking Day
Must try this recipe easy and healthy.
Chicken breast - 1
1tbsp hung curd
Chopped coriender
1tsp Mixed herb / oregano seasoning/ all purpose seasoning
1tsp chilli flex
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
Black pepper, salt as per taste
Mix well keep for 15-20min aside or overnight in freez.
For grilling you can use pan or air frier or oven. Grilled 10-15 min from both side properly and Yummm it's ready to eat. Served with your favorite salad.

Hello everyone,
Diwali is going on so no need to worry about weight. You can maintain your weight by just following some basic tips.
1. Stay active the whole day.
2. 15-20 min any kind of exercise (like Suryanamskar, burpees, jumping jacks, skipping,)
3. Stay hydrated.
4. You can enjoy your diwali sweets and namkin but in moderation. Have in your mid-snacks (like add namkin in your sprouts make a chaat and instead of sugary sweets go with nuts and dryfruit ladoo)
5. Go for social gatherings but avoid empty calorie food like juices, sweet beverages, and alcohol.
6. If you had a heavy lunch then go for a light dinner (like grilled paneer or chicken with veggies and homemade soup)
7. If you are having dinner out then eat a fruit or salad before you go. It will help you to not overeat.
8. Last but important don't feel guilty if you overeat, just get back to your routine.

100 grm paneer cube
100 gm mix vegetables cut in cube (Y/R bell peppers, capsicum, onion)
Marination: hung curd 3-4 tbsp, pinch of ajwain, red chilli powder, Turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt (as per taste), kashmiri Lal mirch powder for color.
Mix all spices in curd add vegetables and paneer. Keep 10-15 min a side.
Grilled on a non-stick pan.
