Getting fit might seem easy, but it is anything but. Here, I am sharing my postpartum weight loss story and how I found a fitness routine that became a part of my lifestyle.
Itβs been exactly one year after my delivery in August 2018 I decided to start my journey to a healthy and fit life and so itβs extremely special for me to be sharing this but this journey is not easy for me too. I started my workout routine "ekdam jorshor se" did for month then later it's very difficult to manage as a working women, handle one baby along with all house chores and along with that facing medical issues. Then kya vapis se mere journey ko break laga for 6 months.
