We have the Pausenbrot bakers, Andrea and Aditya, over at Green Essentials this Saturday from 3-5pm. They'll bring a bunch of their goodies that you can taste and buy your loot for the weekend. We'll have a pot of tea to share and a whole lot of our culinary herbs for sale as well.

I'll be there to answer your gardening questions, and share growing tips as you meet other gardeners, bread lovers or walk around our garden.

Looking forward to seeing you!

We hope you've had a fun gardening year. We surely have!

This year, we were reminded how *consistency* goes such a long way. It's not about how much you can pack into one day, but how you can *keep showing up* in your garden to do what needs to be done, regularly. It's the long arc of time that counts. It's the minutes (for some of us hours) put in regularly that add up to a lot!

If you didn't get a chance to practice your gardening this year - 2024 is not far off!

Wishing that you reap an abundance of peace, rest and joy with friends and family as the year winds down!

Did you know...?

Microgreens can be stored in airtight containers or plastic pouches in the fridge very comfortably for 7 days and eaten over this period?

Or well.... you can just grow them in your own home and harvest them fresh daily! :-)

Growing microgreens (baby plants) is an easy and nutritious addition to your food basket. A little planning, some growing medium, different kinds of trays and seeds....quite simple and easy.

Join us on the 18th/19th as we go though the steps on how to Grow Microgreens @ Home.
