CBDT notifies the Cost Inflation Index(CII) for Financial Year 2021-2022 vide Notification No. 73/2021 dated 15th June, 2021. The Cost Inflation Index for FY 2021-22 relevant to AY 2022-23 & subsequent years is 317.

EXTENSION IN DATES OF VARIOUS GST COMPLIANCES FOR GST TAXPAYERS.

GST Amnesty:
Late fee for return periods from July 2017 to April 2021 capped to a maximum of ₹500 per return for taxpayers who did not have any tax liability, and ₹1,000 for other taxpayers if pending GSTR-3B returns are furnished between June - August 2021.
