Creating a supportive learning environment is very crucial for children's learning. When they feel secure and safe in their immediate environment, they will take the risk needed to explore and acquire new knowledge.

Being resilient gives children a chance to learn and grow in all situations - two skills that are crucial to wellbeing and development.

Resilience helps children reduce the stressful impact of everyday challenges and it can be taught to children.

Research says that 1 in 7 primary school children experience mental health problems; 1 in 4 adolescents experience mental health problems, and, to add to it most adolescents will not actively seek help.

Developing greater resilience in children makes a lot of sense.

Values are a critical component of child's identity. They reflect their essence and way of life. When a child discovers their true self, it gives them the confidence to make their own decisions and take responsibility of their choices.

Identifying core values and using them as a compass for decision making enables teenagers to take appropriate action as they begin to seek out and develop their identity. Exploring self-identity with more than 100 teens at Ranu

Teenagers who have a strong sense of identity are more empowered to make stronger life decisions. This makes them likely to make healthy choices and have a positive outlook on life. They are also better-equipped to handle challenges, such as peer pressure and academic stress.

The children at the centre explore social emotional development is exploring and understanding values – such as working together, being kind to others and caring for nature. Developing positive values helps our learners to build successful relationships with others and become conscious, caring global citizens.

When children know how to recognise and express their feelings in a healthy manner, it can play a key role in shaping and developing them as they grow older. Emotional Intelligence in children means their ability to recognise and understand their own emotions as well as the emotions of others.

In a world full of distractions, it is essential for students to learn how to focus on their emotional well-being. When students become aware of when and how they get distracted, they can develop resilience, self-control, and effective communication skills.
