The aim of the workshop is to explore model making using materials such as GI wire cladding with fattu paper, pvc, cloth and P.O.P.

Thesis Topic: FinTech Hub at GIFT city, Gandhinagar

Recent studies shows that 40% of total Global Greenhouse Gases emissions comes from building and infrastructure sector. India being a developing nation has tremendous needs and demands of infrastructure facilities, resulting intothe environmental issues like air, water, land and noise pollution, GHG emissions, increasing carbon footprint, Global warming, depletion of ozone layer and natural resources like water, land, forest, and more.  
 
This Thesis project, focuses on the explorations of alternative construction technologies, materials and strategies through which the extreme environmental impacts of conventionally used materials and technologies like concrete, RCC, steel and glass can be reduced and new emerging environment friendly materials and technologies can be promoted. An article by TOI published on 15th June 2021 showed that at a particular time of period, when construction activities were at pick, GIFT city was marked with the highest level of PM2.5 content into the atmosphere, though Gandhinagar is one the of the greenest cities in India, the results were shocking. This incident drew a major attention and urged to come up with a solution.
 
The project is oriented to design an exemplary institutional cm commercial building at GIFT city, Gandhinagar, through the concept of Regenerative Architecture, which shows the path to Net Positive, going beyond Net Zero. This designed building not only fulfill its own need of resources but will be a resource itself for the neighborhood too. This approach will not only reduce the carbon footprint but also promote carbon sequestration though different means.

Thesis Topic: Agriculture Resource Centre

The agriculture resource center is a large scale project creating a unique oppurtunity for responsible architecture integration, that will serve as the central facility for creating strategie opportunities in uplifting and improving agriculture sector within specific area.
It is a pilot project which can be implemented by replicating in other rural communities with creating relations and strong network for agriculture development.
