Not all replacements are successful and there are failures also.. this old lady was operated outside with older hip implant for a fracture hip.. which gradually broke down and was painful… revision arthroplasty needs expert hands with gross planning so as to provide the best outcome.. did replace her hip with make in India implant.. she is 70 yr old and hope this will last her lifetime.. happy to make her stand and walk next day
