A young male patient diagnosed with a dentigerous cyst 3 years back was successfully operated at a reputed government centre. However, the opening was left at the site which led to significant morbidity to the patient in past 2 years. Oro-antral fistula was big(around 2cm diameter) which necessitates flap elevation for the closure and with the consent of the patient, buccal pad fat was used along with the buccal flap to close the fistula. It came good and patient was very happy with the results. More details with the pics.
