What we do is mostly little fraction of what we can do. Limitless power is hidden but need a special thing to access it and it is habit, what we are doing repetitively, is what we are. Change it slightly and see the result, dont expect result without change in it. Expectations cause depression. So be aware.
doing regular exercise is a fun, anyone who are addicted to it, are living their life in conscious way, they are so conscious that they can feel and understand the demand of stretching by body, when this body wake up in morning, A newly baby do the best stretching in its efficient way, which help them to even lengthen their muscles, hare we are straggling to maintain muscles length, even some people can not understand what is happening, because they never listen to their body.

Hope you are doing regular exercise , yoga , meditation. It is true that doing regularly is not a joke, so that many people want to do but unable to do exercise . so salute to those who is doing it regularly and our strong motivation for those who dont but they want, the only thing they need is believe and motivation. So believe me i am physio and this program is design to do best exercise for body. You can do this exercise program anytime, if you wake up in afternoon, can try some diffrent variation of this exercise program. 3 days in weak is minimum as i understand, but good for those who do it 10 time in 1 month.

Today I met with a old uncle, he say these days knee problems are everywhere, when I diagnose them, ligament tear almost 12 year back, probably ACL ligament, he have not taken surgery, even don't did any treatment for it, accepted it as common penalty. in these days his second knee changed in to arthritis, there are many people who kept his ligament tear secret, it is not a thing to hide, when it is full tear, you can hide if it is grade 1, above it may need surgery depending upon type of active you will go after this. But for grade 3 or full tear, surgery is must, and chances of success depend upon rehabilitation, so a surgeon and rehabilitation is required to do treatment, this is evidence base need to deliver treatment, alone surgeon ware enough during 1970s, this truth is for our people.
Indian population is facing calf pain and swelling more n more, what is reason ?, our desire to travel more and stay in standing more, whatever the cause, we find MET stretch of calf, hamstring, MFR at calf is useful for most people.

In every sichuation, our one corner of mind always suggest us, what is right and what is wrong but due such emotional and behavioural intention of our brain drive us to do wrong, what is right and what is wrong is written everywhere, in every religious book and we had learned it well. Then why we become so stupid to do wrong things, for that moment situation, we have to make ourself some more strong so that we can listen our true inner voice upon every act. Very first thing to do after wake up is exercise. How we can avoid it. I can not accept that a healthy brain can ignore it. Do exercise in morning and result you can feel all day. I am experiencing it from long time and its true, morning stretching bring more relaxation to body and mind. Plz don't mess with this sophisticated human body, it need maintenance and exercise stretching are the way to maintain it. I am posting my morning exercise videos on this platform regularly, so you can copy from hare or get the exercise program from any one specialised in this field. But do some stretching regularly, I know that, this lazy body always try to discourage us from doing it, I don't know why but I also feel that, body don't want to do exercise in early morning, it may be because body become habitual to that synaptic energy level. But once when we did the exercise then automatically our body and mind become efficient in processing synapse. It's my today's thought.
