Class 1 and Class 2 are very important milestones in a child's life. They set the tone for all the future work.

Human beings may forget that they are nature too, they are part of nature. If the relationship is just that of consuming/ using/ exploiting nature and natural elements( soil, air, water...) the future is dark and the only better recourse is trying to forge the relationship further by studying about nature, by spending time in nature by loving nature.

In our riverside campus, we are growing food, the children and the teachers are studying all about it. Our efforts of Miyawaki foresting and Organic farming, were open to all children and adults on our Founder's Day celebration of the environment, this 25th February.

We believe it is just the beginning. We have a long, long way to go. Thankyou to all children and adults who visited our campus and we invite more families to join our hands.

There is only gain for everyone. Nature is the most abundant platform.

If the earth, flowers, rivers, could speak, they would ask us to protect them, love them, nurture them.

Children between the ages of 2 and 6 are learning many new skills quickly, starting from becoming toilet trained to learning how to handle their dressing and un******ng themselves, taking care of their things, they develop and evolve very quickly, we need to give them quality care.
Quality care is developmental care, which is given at the right age for each child. At our school, we have spent a lot of time on research on children, and developed a program by which they are socially and intellectually stimulated at the right age so that they can handle the growth of their small and larger muscles and be very fit in the playground. At the same time, they learn how to interact with others, follow rules and how to bring out the best in themselves in terms of reading, writing, colouring and speaking. They need to learn a lot of stories, to tell stories, to make projects, and to learn about nature through Science.

Recently such an interaction happened between graduate students from University of Maryland, United States, and our primary and secondary school students and the topic was stress management.

Here our children can be seen interacting with and feeding little rabbits. A start to a healthy relationship with beings other than humans!

Education in the 21st century needs to be such that all children understand the relationship and interdependence between humans, plants and animals and all other sentient beings.

We are an environment friendly/ eco friendly/ eco conscious school.

Our children learn how to manage and control their bodies, how to take care of their bodies from a young age.

Creative dance movement, yoga, theatre, karate are part of our weekly routines. A disciplined mind requires a disciplined body and our children thrive when there is an adequate balance of movement, rest, control and freedom. Creativity is at its best then!

Our rural campus in Betawar Varanasi, is a lovely riverside campus of 10 acres with many ecological projects.

We have planted trenches of forests. We have playing fields, gardens, forests, orchards, and outdoor classrooms. We can thus teach Science, Social Studies, Languages, Sports, using the best methods developed in the world.

At the Southpoint Crèche, Day care and After school programme, we take children as young as 1.5 years old. We provide nutritious meals, safe space for peaceful naps, an open and safe place for outdoor games, indoor age appropriate resources and games.

We believe that child comes first. Their health and over all health and well being is our first priority.
