We still have grooming slots available for the week leading up to CNY 2025. Please note that we will collect RM50 grooming deposit to secure the slot-non refundable if you cancel on us last minute/ fail to show up for your appointment. There will be a 10% festive surcharge for grooming services rendered from 25/1/25 onwards.

For pet hotels, all check ins are to be from 27/1/25, latest by 4pm. Earliest check out will be possible only after 初三, on 1/2/25.

No festive surcharge for all bookings made before 15/11/2024. However, after the above-mentioned date, a RM35 surcharge will be applicable. Full payment is required for your room reservation.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐨𝐠?
It depends on the breed (some dogs require higher grooming maintenance than others) as well as your pet’s lifestyle/living environment.

Poodles for example, should be brushed daily and groomed by a professional every 4-6 weeks. If your dog leads an active lifestyle (goes out for a run every day), then perhaps you could consider a basic groom every 7-10 days. If your dog is kept in a confined space, isn’t properly potty trained yet, it may also require a more frequent groom than a pet that is already housebroken.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐬?
Cats should be groomed regularly as well, preferably every 4-6 weeks by a professional. If you own a longhaired cat or a breed that tends to shed more, you may need to brush him/her every other day to maintain the coat.

While grooming can help keep the skin and coat healthy, it cannot magically improve the skin/coat condition if the pet has underlying health issues eg mites, fleas, fungus, allergies etc. Good nutrition and care will ensure that your pet’s coat is luscious and healthy, and in turn, can offer a better outcome in terms of grooming styles whenever you bring your pet to a groomer.
