I have to say no because they called holiday for a reason 😅 That’s why I’m using some old but gold videos for a few tutorials 😜 hope u will use it any way 😎 #vrischikasana This pose is one of my favourite 🤩 It requires some strength on your arms but also some flexibility on your back 😊 With some practice and with some upper body tips I’m sure u can easily reach it 😌 But even if you ( like me ) are not so flexible in your back muscles with some specific exercises you can improve and getting in control of this asana 😊 Wait for the tips!
