It's challenging to find the right words for such a sorrowful announcement.
With heavy hearts, dear friends, we inform you that at the end of this month, our journey with Floreal will officially come to an end.

It's been a magnificent journey, which began in the unfortunate year of the pandemic and, through immense effort and dedication, led us to the pinnacle of global bartending. Our ambition, determination, and deep-rooted love for this profession enabled us to surpass every boundary and achieve remarkable milestones.
However, as the years went by, we also came to the bittersweet realization that a dream as vivid as ours cannot stand merely on superhuman motivation.

That's why we are here today, to share the sad news of our final day together. We hope it's just a temporary goodbye.

On November 29th, 2023, we invite you to join us at Borgo San Frediano 27r to celebrate a night filled with smiles, memories, teary eyes, and full glasses.

Ingredienti: , Vermouth dry infuso all'alga wakame e acqua marina.

Grazie a una miscela di alghe il cocktail riproduce l'odore tipico del mare (solfuro dimetile, dictioptereni e bromofenoli).
Ad accompagnarlo delle chips di riso (prodotte da scarti) aromatizzate sempre alle alghe e colorate con alga spirulina. 100% vegano

La particolarità del cocktail sta nella bolla d'aria trattenuta sul fondo da una cupola. Viene creata con la pi***la spara fumo e un mix liquido di elementi marini infusi nella glicerina vegetale. Ogni volta che la coppetta viene inclinata una bollicina di fumo si libera proprio sul naso rendendo così l'esperienza "oceanica" completa.

Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey pioneered by an old family recipe over 150 years ago.
Its complexity come from the unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth.

Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor.

Tequila Curado is the result of the knowledge of an ancestral raw material. It is an authentically Mexican product: the blue agave piñas are harvested on the heights of the province of Jalisco, cooked on site respecting the traditions of the various areas and then transferred to the distillery, where the master distillers, after studying the Brix degree of each agave, they begin the infusion which will last a minimum of five days in steel, with constant checks every 3-6 hours. Curado is an innovative tequila, the bearer of subtle variations without ever betraying Mexican tradition and culture. Sit back, relax and breathe as you enjoy the new experience that Curado offers.

A classic vodka martini with an ocean scent.

Ingredients: , Vermouth dry infusion with wakame seaweed and seawater.

A mixture of algae reproduces in the cocktail the typical smell of the sea (dimethyl sulfide, dictiopteren and bromophenols).
It's accompanied by rice chips flavored with algae and colored with spirulina algae. 100% vegan
The peculiarity of the cocktail lies in the air bubble held at the bottom by a dome. It is created with a smoke gun and a liquid mix of marine elements infused into the plant glycerin. Every time the cup is tilted a small bubble of smoke is released right on the nose making the "oceanic" experience complete.

In the communities of the Mexican State of Oaxaca, the trade of mezcal is a family activity that is transmitted from generation to generation. The members of the mezcalera families know the process and carry out each of the tasks: the cultivation and harvest of the agave plants, the previous work and distillation, the packaging and marketing of the precious mezcal.

This model of work, in family and community, is the most valuable legacy that has been sown in Candelaria Yegolé, a small town located in the extreme south-east of the Tlacolula Valley and at the foot of the Sierra Sur de Oaxaca. In this place, the sum of work and respect for the land has forged the knowledge of four generations of mezcalero masters from Casa Sánchez and now they share it with the world through the excellence of Rey Campero mezcal.

Una meta ambiziosa, sì, ma che sapevamo fosse nelle nostre corde. Sacrificio, passione, dedizione totale a questo lavoro che amiamo con tutti noi stessi, ed eccoci qua.
