For three years, Chef Simone Caponnetto and Sous Chef Tommaso have been the dynamic duo behind Locale Firenze dining, crafting side by side since day one, meticulously shaping a dining experience we proudly present today.

Step into history beneath our feet! Explore the 13th-century basement turned servant quarters with two kitchens fit for royalty. Imagine the hustle and bustle as you wander through what used to be the dining room entrance, dating back to medieval times.

Country Sprits and Kombucha in our Sunday spotlight

In our new bar menu we reach the perfect synergy between our restaurant and bar, where touches added to our drinks, such as koji-infused libations echo the same innovative spirit that defines the style of our Chef and his kitchen. Experience the unique result of a continuous flow of ideas, collaborations, and the harmonious fusion of the bar and food industry.

Alkermes: Alkermes liqueur, powdered milk, raspberry kefir, Koji raspberry.

The ancient kitchen located in our basement, now a historical site, preserves remnants of its past functions: the well, oven, washing area, and storage cabinets. Notably, the oven's architrave bears a chiselled octagonal cross, symbolizing the Knights of Saint Stephen. Today, we carry on the tradition symbolically by baking bread and cutting it open to resemble this sacred emblem.
