Milan is known for many iconic places, but there are lesser-known buildings that represent a peculiar piece of architectural history. Casa 770 in Via Poerio 35 stands out among the Art Nouveau façades of Porta Venezia. Red bricks, three pointed roofs, a central balcony and typically Gothic lines: a dwelling that is striking for its mysterious and at times witch-like air, reproduced all over the world by the Lubavitcher Orthodox Jewish community.
