Un’ etichetta che vuole rappresentare la storia e l’apice qualitativo dei vini italiani, posizionandosi fra i brand più affermati. Abbiamo posto una particolare attenzione nella ricerca di un linguaggio grafico rigoroso, che riflettesse tradizione e alta qualità come i migliori vini degli ultimi 50 anni. Ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per trasmettere l’heritage di questo nuovo Brand.

Our label represents the history and the pinnacle quality of Italian wines, positioning itself amoung the most established brands. We have chosen a rigorous graphic language that reflects the tradition and quality followed by the best wines in the last 50 years. Every detail has been designed to convey the value and heritage of the new brand.

Kiobu è un progetto a più mani, un intreccio di nodi creativi e abilità tutte tese a rendere questo progetto un successo.

We don’t like to participate in creative competitions. But there are always some exceptions ... :-) !

Il nostro obiettivo è restare nella sinergia tra creatività e funzione superando i confini sempre più delineati della tecnologia che ci allontana dalla passione per il laboratorio artistico.
Qui abbiamo partecipato ad una gara per lo studio di un “ready to drink”.


Our goal is to maintain a synergy between creativity and function by overcoming the increasingly delineated boundaries of technology, which takes us away from our passion for the art workshop.
Here we participated in a competition for the design of a ready-to-drink.

Lazos – A Low Alcohol Sparkling Rosè

It is really fun to create a graphic language for a can mostly because aluminum offers many opportunities. In this project, with a request for a minimal design, the intuition was to take advantage of the transparencies on the metallic surface.

Studiare una grafica da stampare su lattina è divertente per la capacità che l’alluminio ti offre. In questo progetto, dove la richiesta era una grafica minimalista, l’intuizione è stata quella di sfruttare le trasparenze dei colori sul materiale.

From project to project, we always find ourselves different, better off, and surely enriched.

Why not think of a canned packaging for wine! Lightweight for shipping, anti-shatter, completely recyclable and individual serving. And ontop of all that it keeps the drink cold longer.

Villa Cara is a wine brand that represents DOC and DOCG wines made in the Valpolicella region of Veneto, Italy.

For this private label, we studied a logo that demonstrates the strong enological traditions of this Italian region. The label features a hand-drawn illustration of an antique Venetian villa next to water canals. It is a romantic depiction of an Italian scene that is loved dearly both locally and internationally.


Villa Cara rappresenta la produzione di vini DOC e DOCG della Valpolicella, famosa zona vinicola del Veneto.

Per questa private label dedicata abbiamo studiato un logo che trasmettesse l’importanza del vino e la tradizione enologica del luogo, accompagnato da un disegno a carboncino di uno scorcio veneto antico di ville nobiliari e canali d’acqua. Un paesaggio romantico e così caratteristico di una Italia tanto amata.

Un tratto deciso a china ci ha aiutato a raccontare uno spaccato dell’architettura veneta del primo novencento. Vuole raccordarsi ai disegni delle stampe antiche delle classiche architetture palladiane, tipiche della regione.

A hand sketched image of the typical Venetian architecture helped us convey a serene scene from the early 1900’s. The style of this design was intended to recall antique prints and designs of Palladian architecture, which is typical of this region in Italy.

For the label design of this Nero d’Avola the use of glossy and the textured elements create an elegant yet simple effect.

Per il nero d’Avola il contrasto lucido su opaco e toni di nero regala una veste elegante nella sua semplicità alla label.

It’s not always easy to design a label for a wine on the high end of the large scale retail market, especially in London, with a low budget. This was the case for this label design where we used the elegant tone on tone with a cream paper base.

Non è sempre facile progettare una label per un vino che si posiziona alto nella grande distribuzione londinese con un budget ridotto. E’ il caso di questa private label che gioca il nome del brand tono su tono con la carta.
