We’re thrilled to continue our "Meet the Team" series by introducing Lorenzo Tognarini, our Lead Product Designer! His primary responsibility is to design the IoT Platform, our Structural Health Monitoring Software that collects and analyzes structural data.

Working in such a technical field requires balancing aesthetics with functionality, ensuring our platform serves highly technical and knowledgeable users. He believes in Dieter Rams’ principle: “Good design is as little design as possible,” guiding him to create clean and intuitive interfaces that simplify the interaction with complex data.

💫 "As a UX Designer, my challenge is to translate complex data into accessible and usable information. Navigating the intricacies of structural engineering and user expectations is a daily task. It's a continuous process of learning, adapting, and innovating." 💫

Lorenzo’s dedication to empathy and understanding user behaviors is crucial in creating solutions that truly enhance the professional lives of our users. His work ensures that the latest innovations improve usability without complicating it, making the user experience as seamless as possible.

We have realized that we do not often talk about the people that, every day, work "behind the scenes" to make Move Solutions the amazing reality that it is today.

Engineers, Business Developers, Data Scientists, Marketing Specialists, UX Designers and much more; we are a diverse team of talented individuals that work (and have fun) together to design new ideas, manage complex projects and provide high-quality solutions for our stakeholders.

Let’s start with Matteo Lencioni, our dedicated Product Manager, one of the key roles that allows us all to be aligned and coordinated in our collective work towards innovative solutions.
His responsibilities include creating detailed roadmaps that outline project priorities, defining product requirements (both hardware and software), and generating internal documentation and Gantt charts.

But what does he think about his own role?

💫 "What brings me the most satisfaction in my job is being able to witness all phases of a project, from concept to design and finally to market placement; it is incredibly rewarding. I also enjoy interacting with many different people across the company, from various teams, which allows me to build a comprehensive vision of the product." 💫
