La presenza delle nostre tradizioni conferma che non sarà solo un evento straordinario sotto il profilo del marketing e della comunicazione ma anche il racconto della nostra storia e della nostra identità nel segno della bellezza.

Siamo felicissimi di ospitare l’evento di Alta Sartoria D&G che porterà in Piazza della Libertà oltre 500 invitati provenienti da tutto il mondo. Sin dal giorno dell’insediamento abbiamo dato la massima disponibilità agli organizzatori per un evento che sarà l’ennesimo riconoscimento per la nostra Città.

Due province e tre località coinvolte, più di cinquecento ospiti provenienti da trentasei paesi e sessantacinque testate giornalistiche internazionali. Circa ventiquattro hotel a piena capienza completamente coinvolti, centocinquanta tra attività di ristorazione e affini, quaranta piccole aziende locali, settecento lavoratori coinvolti per oltre ventiduemila ore di lavoro.

Lo sforzo e i sacrifici che tutta la comunità ostunese dovrà affrontare in questi giorni saranno ripagati inevitabilmente dall’eco mediatico che questo genere di iniziative porta con sé in tutto il mondo. La sfilata verrà infatti trasmessa in diretta sui canali social del marchio che contano più di quaranta milioni di follower tra Facebook e Instagram e più di mezzo milione su Youtube.

Posing as a super trio with my dear and famous architect .caramia editor in chief and creative director and founder for the launching of their chic and design 🥚 issue where the Capulette slippers were shot beautifully in their pages ✨

I met Pierangelo through my friend and interior designer who introduced him to me before teaming up together for the project of my house 🏠 in Puglia in 2015.

Working in Paris and teacher at les Beaux Arts de Rennes 🎨 besides new projects, he opens recently an agency in Cisternino and knows it all about history, the soul of the artists and the craftsmen from the region.
Then later, in a church he designed near Cisternino, Pierangelo introduces me to Franco Chiarpei who is also a great photographer 📷 (see the pic after).

The concept store and Laurence are a significant example of our editorial project because they represent that sentimental and intense blend of cultures, origines and life paths that Puglia has welcomed since ancient times and that still live in the region today. The Egg Journal is a virtual "piazza" - an egg ! - which contains people's various sensibilities, gives them a voice and acts as a catalyst for other languages and customs. » 👌🏻

Celebration of my house ✨

Posted • My first meeting with dates from nearly 20 years when I went to visit an apartment she had decorated directly on the Left Bank of the Seine. To this day, it remains one of the most extraordinary interiors I’ve ever seen. Based around the client’s collection of art, it was so strikingly original, breathtakingly beautiful and almost otherworldly… akin to walking into a space designed by Unfortunately, Roxane never obtained authorization from her client to publish the project and in my book, has never completed received the recognition her talent deserves.

All of her work is informed by her incredible depth of knowledge, culture and strong personality. I remember writing about one of her furniture collections for which she consulted an alchemist and a geometrician!

Recently, I finally got the chance to produce a story on one of her projects for which she designed both the architecture and interiors - the Puglia house of the exquisite Laurence Pineau-Valencienne of the stellar

Inspired by the local architecture, the house is a lot less sophisticated than many of Roxane’s projects. As she told me, “The nature is so forceful that we wanted to get back to basics.” Simple it may be, but her genius still shines through.

And so happy to open a new season with my galleria after falling in love with Puglia, and especially Ostuni, a few years ago… 🇮🇹

Here, you will still find originals designs, upcycling vintage fabrics 🧵with different materials from haute couture to ceramics 🪴… Objects 🕯and accessories 🛍 paintings 🖼 and photographs… Collaborations with talented local artists 👩🏻‍🎨 and craftsmen…

Buon natale ✨ Upcycling tree 🎄in Ostuni ! Depuis toujours, les grands-mères tricotent ces carrés de laines colorés pour couvrir les lits, au gré des chutes dont elles disposent, d’où leur nom de « l’uncinetto », le crochet 🧶

Cette année, une association locale a fait travailler ces 50 grand-mères deux mois durant pour exposer leur travail de 4000 tuiles sur ce sapin de 12 mètres (3,5 mètres de diamètre) !

A la galleria, les sacs en crochet faits artisanalement par ces mamies pro sont toujours dispo 💁🏼‍♀️
