Today, on September 7th, we are reminded of the invisible but powerful force that sustains life… 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐢𝐫. The air we breathe should nourish and protect us, yet millions of people around the world are exposed to polluted air every day, endangering their health and the environment.

Air pollution doesn’t just cloud our skies, it affects every breath we take, contributing to respiratory diseases, climate change, and the degradation of our natural ecosystems. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 on the impact of our actions and the importance of clean air for our health and the planet ‼️

Let’s use this day (and not only) to deepen our understanding of the challenges we face and renew our commitment to reducing air pollution. Clean air is not just a luxury; it’s a fundamental right for all of us.

🌱 With MONI. CA project we are trying to do our part. Through innovative technologies like solar-powered gliders and drones, we are able to monitor and analyse air quality over the cities of Dubrovnik and Padua. However, the real power lies in raising 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬. Because true change begins when people understand the impact of their actions.

Awareness is the catalyst that can transform behaviours, inspiring individuals, communities, governments, and organisations to take responsibility for the air we all share. 𝐁𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞, we empower people to make informed decisions, from reducing vehicle emissions and energy consumption to supporting policies that protect our atmosphere.

Through increased awareness, we can foster a culture of collaboration, where everyone plays a part in combating air pollution. Together, we can shift behaviours and create a future where clean air is a priority, and where every breath contributes to the health of our planet 🌍🩵

Giulia Celli, a talented new entrepreneur from Italy, has just completed a highly productive business exchange with Jonathan Pochini, an expert in SEO and web development based in the Canary Islands, Spain. Over the past four months, Giulia has gained invaluable insights into enhancing user experience on Jonathan's e-learning platform. 🎓🌐

During this period, Giulia took on the challenge of reviewing an English course and improving the learning content by engaging with both current and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences better. Her dedication and hard work have significantly contributed to making the platform more user-friendly and effective. 📝🔍

👨‍🏫 Giovedì scorso abbiamo ospitato un Focus Group a Padova per il nostro progetto Gea-VET Project !
Il tema è stato quello della (CSA) e le Buone Pratiche in materia di istruzione e formazione per lo sviluppo della CSA.

Sai cos'è un 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩? 🔍
Si tratta di un incontro organizzato e moderato da ricercatori che vogliono utilizzare delle metodologie qualitative 👥 da integrare alla raccolta di dati 📊, conducendo un'intervista di gruppo con esperti o attori del settore in questione.
In questa fase del progetto, questo step è stato fondamentale per raccogliere conoscenze, spunti ed opinioni interessanti 💡 per delineare un quadro di riferimento dei punti di 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐳𝐚 ( con un certo grado di trasferibilità) e di 𝐝𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐳𝐳𝐚 in tema Climate-Smart Agriculture e formazione nel nostro territorio attraverso l'interazione di esperti provenienti dall'ambito accademico e di ricerca 📚 (agronomia 🌾, pedagogia 📖, ecologia 🌍 ed economia 📈) e dal settore della formazione professionale 🛠️.

Cosa è emerso dal di Geavet?
Durante l'incontro abbiamo esplorato l'importanza dell'adattamento locale e le sfide nel trasferimento di tecnologie in contesti diversi, come l'Africa Sub-Sahariana. Le questioni affrontate hanno incluso le competenze fondamentali per le industrie del settore agri-food, le differenze tra apprendimento formale e informale, e l'efficacia delle pratiche di apprendimento sul lavoro.

Gli interventi degli esperti hanno evidenziato la necessità di integrare le competenze teoriche 📖 con l'esperienza pratica 🛠️ per lo sviluppo di figure professionali in grado di gestire e innovare il settore agricolo cooperando ed integrando le proprie competenze.
Un altro punto fondamentale ha riguardato l'importanza dell'adattare le tecnologie presenti alle specifiche esigenze locali 📍 sviluppando conoscenze approfondite del proprio ambiente (suolo 🌱, ecosistemi 🐦, condizioni climatiche 🌧️...), delle sue caratteristiche e limiti.

Sia da un punto di vista di trasferimento della 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐚 e sia da un punto di vista del trasferimento delle 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐞 è necessario esplorare ed analizzare i contesti di partenza, ed è per questo che i nostri partner dall'Africa Sub-Sahariana stanno impostando un'Analisi dei Bisogni nel loro contesto per verificare le condizioni di partenza per un successivo confronto con gli spunti portati dalle ricerche negli altri paesi Partner del progetto (Grecia 🇬🇷, Mozambico 🇲🇿, Italia 🇮🇹, Kenya 🇰🇪, Croazia 🇭🇷, Nigeria 🇳🇬, Uganda 🇺🇬).

Tutti gli interventi saranno raccolti in Report nazionali e poi integrati nel risultato di progetto che sarà pubblicato sotto il titolo di 𝘎𝘌𝘈𝘝𝘌𝘛 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦-𝘰𝘧-𝘵𝘩𝘦-𝘈𝘳𝘵 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘊𝘭𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦-𝘚𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘈𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 (𝘊𝘚𝘈) 𝘪𝘯 𝘛𝘝𝘌𝘛 e che costituirà la base per la costruzione dell' Evidence-based Coaching Programme for Women Farmers in CSA 👩‍🌾 che sarà implementato in Uganda, Nigeria, Mozambico e Kenya.

Siamo profondamente grati a tutti i nostri partecipanti per aver condiviso le loro preziose esperienze e gli insights dai settori specifici a cui appartengono in modo così radicato... Le discussioni sono state ricche e illuminanti✨, trattando argomenti come il ruolo della chimica del suolo nel cambiamento climatico, le pratiche agricole sostenibili e le difficoltà nella comunicazione di queste, e l'uso di tecnologie innovative per la misurazione dell'umidità del suolo.

Un ringraziamento speciale ad Annamaria Zitarelli, psicologa del lavoro impegnata nell'ambito della progettazione della formazione di Eduforma, che ci ha supportato nella moderazione del Focus Group❤, e a Giovanni Bibbò, tecnico e docente dell'area IT di Eduforma, per il supporto tecnico💻 che ci ha permesso di coinvolgere anche i partecipanti da remoto.
