Lizzy Neon Yellow
150 × 100cm
Acrylic, spray paint and gold leaf on canvas
First displayed in 2012 on the streets of London, “Lizzy Vuitton” is undoubtedly the most popular piece of Endless artwork among collectors and fans and continues to be one of the artists’ most iconic works today. Much of Endless’ ideas are derived from social observations, with topics such as branding, advertising, wealth and religion featuring heavily throughout his work. Lizzy Vuitton was born from Endless’ desire to create an artwork which combines his admiration of Queen Elizabeth Il with his “Brand Worship” mantra, referencing his observations within popular culture. Having regarded The Queen as “the ultimate fashion icon” and “a brand in her own right”, Endless created an artwork in celebration of her Majesty’s lengthy reign, with a nod to her much-loved royal styling. Endless has experimented with designs and styles, with his most popular iteration depicting the Queen making a humorous tongue-poke gesture. In contrast to the original regal portrait, this references the British punk movement, which Endless is also known for bringing to life across other artworks. The neon colouring in this unique version delivers a playful and bold feeling, encapsulating the unwavering energy of the late monarch.
Endless has created this piece using a combination of free hand painting with acrylic, stencils with spray paint and gold leaf, with a varnish sealant.

ENDLESS KARL CAMERA
2019
100 x 150 cm
Acrylic and spray paint with diamond dust on canvas
Endless often depicts the designer fashion icon, Karl Lagerfeld in his works and in many street art pieces. After spotting his work on the streets of Amsterdam, the Karl Lagerfeld team reached out to Endless and kick started a series of projects, ending November 2019 with the launch of a capsule clothing collection. Endless believes that Karl is one of the key creatives of our time and the sheer amount that he managed to achieve in his lifetime should be respected, recognised and praised. The piece also ties in with Endless’ ‘brand worship’ ethos, demonstrating the way fashion, brands and celebrity culture is worshiped in modern society almost as a new era religion. Endless has created this piece using a detailed hand-cut stencil with spray paint and the writing in the background has been coated with diamond dust.

JELENA VUITTON
2021
180cm x 120cm
Acrylic and spray paint on canvas
created this original artwork on canvas as part of his 2021 exhibition, ‘Endless In Montenegro’.
The painting reveals a depiction of Jelena Of Montenegro, also referred to as Queen Elena of Italy - the daughter of King Nicholas I of Montenegro and his wife, Queen Milena, who was Queen of Italy from 1900 until 1946, as wife of Victor Emmanuel III. Endless has modernised the portrait by adorning the Queen’s regal clothing in a branded print, similarly to his popular ‘Lizzy Vuitton’ portrait, referencing the adoration of brands in modern society. Endless created this piece with spray and acrylic paint and the use of hand-cut stencils.

Rent or lease a collection of VICTOR VASARELY (1906-1997). Part of entitled “Modular Sculptures” recounts the scientific poetics of the naturalised french hungarian artist as well as the universalist ideals that guide his painting practice of Kinetic Art.
Vasarely prepares models and preliminary drawings to scale - which the artist called “Programming”.
The patterns then generate waves of light that modulate the surface and shimmer before the viewer. The grids themselves deform and create small depressions or protuberances that increase the size of the surface.

Achille Bonito Oliva in a critical text dedicated to Tadei, he emphasises that the vibration is the movement that the artist develops to get closer to the inner place.
From this place, nature is not far away; on the contrary, it lives in unison on the same wavelength, made up of expansion and contraction, of subtle tremors that prevent major events but constitute the temporal polarities, and for this reason invisible, within which the small events of birth and death take place.

“Marialuisa Tadei’s visual imagination brings to mind pure feelings and the simple but profound pleasures of every day: it is a discourse far from the screams of violence, one which speaks quietly of friendship and serenity.
“Luxury, tranquillity and delight”, said Matisse, words which bring all his values into our chaotic modern world. The artist’s great merit is that which makes us understand that peace for our hearts can be found in the balance between spirituality and sensuality.”
Pierre Restany

Francisco GOYA. Dreams and fury of a visionary.
The exhibition presented here follows in a remarkably complete fashion the entire span of Goya's life.
In the D'après Velazquez series (1778-82) the artist pays tribute to his master with eleven extraordinary etchings.
The second series are the Caprichos, completed in 1798. Rooted in Enlightenment rationality, these exceptional plates nevertheless prefigure more modern anxieties and irrationalities. Goya's satire uncovers the evils, prejudices and deceits of the Spain of his times, which are the same evils, prejudices and deceits of any society.
The exhibition includes also the famous The Disasters of War, a set of aquatints begun in 1810 and completed in 1823. The series, inspired by the napoleonic invasion of Spain, condemns every war as an act of brutality and devastation. Also included is the wonderful La Tauromaquia
(1814-15), a primeval fight between life and death, not set in mythological times, but amongst the bullfighting in Spanish villages. The exhibition ends with Los Disparates, a series of prints created by Goya between 1815 and 1818. This set is a rip in the artist's soul, through which breaks that same irrationality and mania, which will revolutionise Western art, becoming one of its defining themes up to the XX century.

Fernand Léger
Le Cirque, 1950
75 lithographs
17 3/10 × 13 2/5 in | 44 × 34 cm
Edition number 120/300

One of the great livres des peintres of the twentieth century.

"Cirque is Leger's master graphic work, a compendium of 34 color lithographs and 29 in black.
The text is Léger's own and his themes are the circus and the countryside; from these touchstones of his inspiration Léger extracts the principles of his art and his life. There can be no doubt that Cirque stands as his testament" (Saphire p. 98).

Only a few of Léger's images in this wonderful volume found their way into his painted compositions, however, two primary exceptions exist: and they happen to be two of Léger's finest paintings from his late period: La Grande Parade, 1954, at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Collection and Homage à Louis David, 1949, at the Centre Georges Pompidou.

DISINGANNO
Francesco Queirolo, 1753-54.
The sculptural group depicts a man freeing himself from sin, represented by the net into which the Genoese artist poured all his extraordinary skill. A winged genie, who bears a small flame on his forehead, the symbol of human intellect, helps the man to free himself from the tangled mesh, while pointing to the globe at his feet, the symbol of worldly passions; resting on the globe is an open book, the Bible, a sacred text but also one of the three 'great lights' of Freemasonry.

DISINGANNO
Francesco Queirolo, 1753-54.

Siete pronti a lasciarvi coinvolgere?

💠

Dive into the overwhelming power and formal harmony of Tommaso Bet's works. As Giovanni Granzotto observes in his insightful essay, Bet molds his genius through figurative structures, ranging from mildly altered to heavily distorted, as well as bringing to life pieces where the symbolic rupture and iconography give way to the vibrant emergence of the pictorial mass-matter. It's like a silent scream, a poetic call that resonates across the expanse of contemporary art, ready to touch every corner of it. Are you ready to be captivated?

🎨

In the expressionist painting of Tommaso Bet, the eternal struggle between good and evil takes on the facets of existential schizophrenia. An intense and profound portrait that exceeds the expectations of manga, catapulting us into a universe of parallel truth. It is a journey that Bet's works invite us to embark upon, a path that winds its way through disquiet. And as the artist reveals without mincing words, “On the other hand - I also feel a lot of satisfaction when a viewer experiences the repulsive effect of the rawness of some effects, at that moment the king is naked”.

♦️

In order to leave no room for ambiguity, Tommaso Bet stated unequivocally: “But if I have to talk about seduction, as a painter, I certainly look to the material sanctity of Nitsch, not certainly to the effectism of figurative paintings offspring of a projector”. In the artistic realm of Bet, the projector takes on a role that is entirely different. He, as a bona fide creator of art, portrays a unique truth through his work.

🔅

"I fear the lack of empathy among people, the fact that everything truly has a price and the commodification of human values, when men carry out orders against other men as if they were machines without conscience. Emotion is the only hope to rediscover humanity, and beyond drama, it can be triggered by the beauty of discovery, music, and image indeed." This is why Tommaso Bet's works resonate so deeply. His depiction of truth acts as an exorcism against the ugliness that surrounds us, a precious gift that a truly modern artist can offer us.
