Hey, mom!

A little reminder there for you: don't forget the divine woman you are.🌹

Yes, indeed. You are a mother. You have kids. Sometimes, it is difficult to think about yourself. To take some time off and take care of you. I know.

But, if you feel like putting a skirt or that forgotten red lipstick on, just do it for yourself.

Who cares if others have something to say!

How do you feel about it? This is what matters the most. You are important, too!

If people criticize you, they clearly haven't done the dirty work of looking inside themselves to find out their fears, old beliefs, and patterns and they haven't allowed them to surface, in order for them to finally heal and see the beauty around them.

Put yourself first. You're a goddess! Don't forget that.

➡️ If you resonated with it, don't forget to follow my profile to get more inspirational insights. I'm about to launch something that will be life changing for you, mom. Stay tuned! 🙌💫✨️

Keep shining, mom! You're amazing! 💟

Hey, mom! My name is Antonella, and I'm a sacred midwife, a channeller, and a doula in training. My first pregnancy was life changing for me, and it turned my life upside-down. I changed country, I left my job, and most of the time, I felt lonely and not truly understood. From that moment, I promised myself that I'd have done anything in my power to help mothers through their motherhood journey. Therefore, I started studying to become a doula and step into my soul purpose fully. My main job is to help you connect with your body and with your baby (either a beautiful idea to come into reality or a new soul ready to come to earth). 👉 I'm currently offering 3 spots to 3 beautiful moms who are willing to be guided through this special time of their life, knowing that they will have my full support and attention. Write: "JOURNEY" down below or in DM, and I'll send you the link to book your first call with me! 🤩🥰 Keep shining, mom! Hey, Mom! Have you thought to set your own boundaries when it comes to your own parenting way?♥️ I guess you know what I'm referring to: when you become a mom, and even after you are experienced enough to "do the job," you can't help but wonder why people continue to interfere. 🤷‍♀️🤔 Every mom knows what's best for their kids! Now, read this sentence again: Every mom knows what's best for their kids. And, we must respect that without intervention, especially when it's not requested. When you are a newly become mom, the only thing you need is support, not judgment. You are very sensitive and fragile. You might also feel insecure. Trust me! You know exactly what to do with your baby as soon as you get to know him/her. Trust in your own mother instinct and don't let others interfere to your own personal way of being a mother! Instead of criticising, judging, or trying "to help" by saying what you think it's worth knowing or doing, stay silent and listen to what that mom has to say or feel it is appropriate for her baby. Hey, Mom! Trust in yourself and in your own mother instinct. 👨‍🍼 You'll be absolutely fine! ➡️ If you relate to my post and wish to receive other empowering messages, don't forget to like this post and follow my account. 🤗♥️ Keep shining, mom! ✨️ You're amazing! ♥️ Keywords: Empowering women Empowered mothers Boundaries Setting boundaries Moms' hacks Motherhood Parenting Different way of Parenting New self empowerment Divine feminine Spirituality Mothers and kids Children

Eye-level smile: Get down level with your baby to encourage eye contact. Lap soothe: Place your baby face down across your lap to burp or soothe them. A hand on your baby's bottom will help them feel steady and calm. Tommy down carry: Carry your baby "tummy down." To do this, slide one hand under the tummy and between the legs. Hey, Mom! Are you ready to give birth? 🤰👩‍🍼 💜 Follow me to get more tips and information related to motherhood. 💜⬇️ As your due date beckons, you may begin to feel excited, expectant, or even a little anxious. You may also feel fed up with being pregnant and eager to meet and hold your baby. I totally get it! However, there might be some stuff you haven't considered: When the time comes, your body knows exactly what to do; Contractions are strong, but their peak is short. They'll help you understand when it's the right time to push your baby out. They also pass quickly. Trust yourself, your body, and your intuition. You are born to know exactly how to give birth. You are not alone in the process. Ensure to be with people who know exactly how to sustain you. Remember that despite the medical precautions you can take to "kill" the pain, your mind is the most powerful painkiller. Practice positive thinking. You might also want to consider some visualisation techniques that help you during labour. Or maybe you could find it useful to turn your favourite music on while doing your breathwork. Mental and emotional preparation to give birth is as important as preparing yourself with practical things you need soon after your baby is born. If you wish to receive another helpful exercise to overcome your fear and anxiety, send me a DM. 😘 Keep shining, mom! ✨️ You're amazing! 💜 #Labour #positivemind #positivethinking #motherhood #mothersupport #pregnancy #givingbirth #newborns #mothers #parentalcoach #birthingbaby #babies

Hey, Mom! Let's discover the essential tips for ensuring a healthy healing process of the umbilical cord! 😊 ➡️ Save this video or leave a like to receive other similar content! 🙏😘👇 Your baby's umbilical cord stump will fall off in its own time, usually 5 to 15 days after birth. 1. Keep it clean and dry: To prevent infection, it's essential to keep the umbilical cord stump clean and dry. Clean the area around the base of the cord with warm water and mild soap once a day or as recommended by the healthcare provider. 2. Allow it to air dry: After cleaning, let the stump air dry. Fold the diaper below the stump or use loose-fitting clothing to ensure air circulation around the area. 3. Avoid submerging in water: While it's okay to give your baby a sponge bath, avoid fully submerging the baby in water until the stump falls off and the area heals completely. 4. Watch for signs of infection: Keep an eye out for signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, foul odour, discharge, or bleeding from the stump. If you notice any of these signs, contact your healthcare provider immediately. 5. The stump will fall off naturally: Usually, the umbilical cord stump falls off on its own within one to three weeks after birth. It's essential not to force it off or pick at it, as this can cause bleeding and increase the risk of infection. The umbilical stump will dry out, turn black, and drop off. After the stump comes off, it usually takes about 7 to 10 days for the belly button to heal completely. ➡️ Were you aware, dear mom? Hey, Mom! Is your newborn baby too cold or too warm? How do you check his body's temperature? ➡️ Save or share this video with someone you think may need to know this! 👇💜 First of all, what does it mean if your baby had cold hands and feet? This means that there is less blood (and heat) getting to the parts farthest from the heart, the hands, and the feet. Baby's new little body is also still busy developing their brain, lungs, and other parts. For this reason, lots of blood flow is focused on these important developing parts. So, how do you check his body's temperature? Babies can't regulate their body temperature as effectively as adults, so it's essential to monitor their temperature and adjust their clothing or environment accordingly. Feel the baby's neck, chest, or back of their neck to assest their temperature. Watch for signs of discomfort or distress. If the baby is too warm, they might appear flushed, sweaty, or irritable. If they're too cold, they might be fussy, have cold extremities, or seem unusually quiet. SOLUTION: As a general guideline, consider adding one extra layer compared to what you're wearing to keep the baby comfortable. For example, if you're comfortable in a t-shirt, the baby might need a long-sleeved onesie and a lightweight sleeper. ➡️ Hey, Mom! Hey, Mom! ➡️ Are you breastfeeding, and you waited to give birth to start smoking again? Then, this video is for you! ⤵️ If you wish to have a truthful answer to this question, then it's "none," but... It's essential to understand that there's no safe level of smoking while breastfeeding, as any amount of smoking can expose your baby to harmful substances like nicotine and other chemicals through breast milk. I know how hard it seems to quit smoking all of a sudden. Therefore, here is what you can do: 1. Limit smoking as much as possible. 2. Avoid smoking before nursing to reduce the amount of nicotine in your system during nursing sessions. 3. Create a smoking plan. Plan your smoking times away from your baby. Smoke outside, change your clothes, and wash your hands to reduce the transfer of smoke residue to your baby. Obviously, quitting smoking is challenging, but with support and determination, it is definitely possible! Also, having a supportive environment at home is crucial to protect the health of both the breastfeeding mother and the baby. ➡️ Hey, Mom! Are you smoking while breastfeeding, or have you been able to quit? Tell me your experience in the comments below.
