As part of Design Parade Hyères, Villa Noailles is showing Productions Récentes, the third in a triptych of exhibitions on the work of longtime Flos collaborator Ronan Bouroullec. The recently presented Céramique lamp is on show.

Through his ‘recent productions’, the esteemed designer demonstrates the diversity of his work and reiterates his philosophy of minimalist design for generalised use. The exhibition will run until 3 September 2023.

A unique “cocoon” resin finish creates the soft and cosy light cast by Viscontea, Taraxacum and Gatto, three nebulous entities, straight from the incredible imagination of the Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni.

Flos illuminates the "Eccentrica. The Collections of Centro Pecci" exhibition with a lighting design developed ad hoc in collaboration with the Centro per l'arte contemporanea Luigi Pecci and the Studio Formafantasma design duo, who curated the exhibition design.

A selection of the most innovative lighting systems illuminates the pavilion that houses the collection, the ‘Ala grande Nio’, developing a sophisticated system that harmoniously blends balanced and uniform ambient lighting with direct but delicate light intended to highlight the works on display.

Like a universe made up of many interconnected microcosms, the exhibition design of the Flos stand design Calvi Brambilla embraces a ‘capsule’ concept: a series of small architectural spaces formed by two intersecting volumes, cubic or cylindrical in shape. The visitors immerse themselves in a comprehensive narrative of each individual product as they move from one capsule to the next. A surprising and engaging journey through iconic pieces, avant-garde designs, and innovative technologies.
