🇮🇹 Nella foto, una paziente che si era sottoposta a mastoplastica additiva molti anni fa. Con il passare del tempo, le gravidanze e calo ponderale, il suo seno è cambiato drasticamente. In casi come questo è fondamentale una corretta pianificazione dell'intervento, che prevede la sostituzione delle protesi, la rimozione della pregressa capsula e il rimodellamento dei tessuti con la mastopessi. Ho scelto delle protesi Silimed Anatomiche da 275cc al Poliuretano per ottenere un risultato stabile nel tempo.
Ritengo che il risultato raggiunto sia ottimo, con una mammella dalla forma molto armoniosa e proporzionata.
