A day full of big smiles, sensitivity and sharing.
Very sweet and profound children with whom, despite the language obstacle, I managed to communicate without problems.
Little Igor asked me to take off my glasses to look at my soul... Wonderful!

So, to seal the meeting, I wanted to leave my necklace and the glasses that they looked at so much, it was a great emotion to see them happy for so little.

It's really true that children have an edge, they made me feel like one of them.

With the mimosa on my jacket, to remember "International Women's Day", I met strong and excited women who confidently shared emotions and personal stories.

There are not enough words to describe how much these meetings enrich me and make me reflect...

It was a take on my 34th birthday. 8.11.2023. With all the fans waiting for me under the building where I looked out for the scene we had to shoot trying not to ruin my concentration and I saw them with banners wishing me well and screaming….A special day.

It will be even more special on the day the second season of airs. We worked a lot. We have improved a lot. It will cheer me up to see her (it) and you smashing the screen for 6 evenings right before we start filming .

Today in Rome was a wonderful and sunny Saturday.
I've always wanted to indulge in a tourist day. I've been living here for 3 years but it's not easy to walk around peacefully and without obstacles.
Today instead I managed to do it, I allowed myself to taste delicacies of Roman cuisine that I didn't know existed and did simple and wonderful things at the same time.
I thank my friends and my agents who kept me company on this "normal and human" day that I've been missing for a long time and made me really happy!
I really got recharged!
Starting tomorrow, however, I will go back to a strict diet and I will also have to start studying the script.

How I lost 10 kilos in 30 days?

After the filming of "Viola Come il Mare 2" concluded, taking advantage of some free days and Christmas, I decided to return to my country so I could spend some time with my parents, my family and other people dear to me.

I needed to rest a bit and unplug, but never overdo it! I also wanted to enjoy the Turkish cuisine that I missed so much.

I knew that upon my return to Rome, hard work awaited me, a radical change of habits to prepare for the next character: !

And in fact that's what happened: as soon as I got back I started to commit myself... the first objective was to reach the ideal weight for the character and then focus on the mental aspects.

It was a very hard period, in a month I managed to lose almost 10 kg, dropping from 94.5 to 85 kg.

It was, and is, a particularly intense phase, I took away many of life's pleasures, I have to train 2 or 3 times a day and do intermittent fasting, 16:8, maintaining very low calories.

There is no need to worry though: despite being exhausted I am perfectly healthy, rejuvenated, detoxified and light but above all very satisfied.

Obviously everything is happening with the continuous monitoring of serious and competent professionals.

In the end, this is what actors do: they transform when necessary with dedication and shape themselves from time to time to identify with the new role.

In short, I will continue, we will continue to go full speed until we reach the perfect Sandokan that we have set ourselves.

However, I confess to you that today I decided to break the rules and I will eat what I want, hoping to be able to stop...

yesterday in Rome 🇮🇹 for a dinner at Mila Osteria Contemporanea.

l'm quite hyped up that soon enough is going to start off a new adventure for me.

I did have a huge self sacrifice period for during the times of shooting and before, great preparations and everything.

Now that it's been brought to an end successfully, and right after that, a different type of challenge with ViolaComeIlMare2 which is done and over with, it's time for an another enormous burden on my shoulders back again with Sandokan. (this one is a symbolic photo from camper whilst getting the costume prepped for a scene)

Recently I'm tied up with revolutionizing my body with a diverse range of trainings, and with various diets to shake myself up.

I'm feeling that the weight of responsibility is great deal and I believe I will handle it with patience, confidence and grit.

I'll bring you all up to speed about the developments when necessary.

During a Charity Gala held recently in Lisbon, Can Yaman was asked what was the most impactful event in the first year of his "Break the Wall" tour.
