About the artist:
Sage Kurnie, "fig.gie", is an independent artist born in 1997. She was raised in northern California and has spent most of her life in the San Francisco Bay Area. Sage works in a variety of mediums but most recently has been focusing on her digital work. As a q***r woman, she uses her art to explore sexuality and sensuality as it exists outside of the hetero-patriarchy. While she is still at the beginning of taking her art into a more professional light, she has had her work published in the US and also internationally in the FLAMANTES Libro young artists publication. She is currently accepting commissions for digital pieces but is not selling prints or other physical works at the moment.
