Super satisfying homemade california maki sushi and my own version of sushi-inspired salad (whatever are the ingredients to prepare the sushi, we used the same for the salad; hence, the name 😅)

🍣 : sushi rice and roll, crab sticks, cucumber, carrots, sesame seeds, sushi rice, salt, sugar

🥗: same with sushi except the rice and roll plus lettuce red, spinach leaces and rucola, olive oil, salt and pepper
