Perfect apartment for 4 people, comfortable, three bedrooms, one double (possible to have two single beds), and two single bedrooms. Equipped with a large living room and a dinner area, an American-style kitchen complete with everything. Newly renovated bathroom with high shower.
The living room, furnished with a white sofa, TV, antique dining table for 6 people. The American kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped and complete with Lavazza waffle coffee-machine, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, freezer, fridge you can cook fabulous dishes or just enjoy a fast break.

About me
The story is very simple and concerns destiny.
The father of my two children, male and female, died too early. So I decided to invest in the “White House" to guarantee an income that will pay for their studies. I want them to have chances in life, they deserve it.
The apartment is ideally located for business and leisure trips and is ready for use.
I have lived a lot abroad, around the world and know the standards of reception of various cultures. I organize private water-taxi to and from the airport and - if you want to make your stay unique and unforgettable, I provide tips to experience the authentic Venice or organize your next trip to Rome, another fantastic city. But this is another story....
