Prima Hill Farmstead qui che finalmente ho potuto assaggiare con tutta la tranquillità nelle mura di casa✨.
Bellissa farmhouse di carattere ma di una semplicità disarmante. Giornatina invernale di sole, lievito, fieno ed agrumi.

Correva, un annetto fa circa, il momento in cui dopo qualche birretta nella taproom di Brasserie De la Senne magicamente ci siamo ritrovati io ed il mio buon compagno di bevute Andrea letteralmente dentro all'edificio del Bruxelles Beer Festival🎆. Il come rimarrà un segreto belga😂, fatto sta che è partita la modalità festival con assaggi, ciacole coi birrai, bevute e foto.

🆔 Khidr and the fountain - Antidoot 🆔

Interesting beer shared a few times ago with my trio.
Khidr and the fountain by Antidoot is a wild beer with macerated figs, honey and then blended with some barrel-aged rhubarb wine.
Not easy to understand, but it results in a great balanced beer, with sweet flavour of figs, easy tartness and a long crispy final. The rhubarb wine gives a very interesting funky soul 🍯🧁💯💖🔥.

🆔 CANTILLON - Iris 2018 🆔
Iris by Cantillon is definitely a huge lambic to age 🧬❣️🔥
Easy to drink, extremely refreshing, with a big tart and funky soul.
💐🌼🍏🍋🌾🍂⚱️🕸️⌛⏳
Lambic with pure malt and no wheat, aging 4 years in my cellar now is the time to open with my sharing team!💥🚀

🆔 LAMBIEK FABRIEK - Muscar - Elle 🆔

Nuova birra di Lambiek Fabriek, che blenda il suo lambic con uva Muscaris 🍇🍻.
Molto scorrevole, bel carattere vinoso con sentori di ananas e limone, funk leggero. Finale aspro, legnoso e tannico. Ottimo mix tra uve e lambic 🕸🍋🍇🍷🍺🍍🏺🍃

🆔 Gorsem/ Pinot Noir - Antidoot 🆔

Another amazing hybrid beer-wine with this Gorsem/ Pinot Noir by Antidoot.
Blending a wild beer with Gorsem cherries and red grapes like Pinot Noir, Cabernet and Regent 💯🍇💖🔥.
Perfect balaced to be a great sour beer and a natural wine.
Full beer body with a hint of red grape, tart soul and red fruits.

🆔 DEYA | IM GOING BACK TO 505 🆔

Arctic Monkeys big fan here! 💥
It was the 2019 when I visited Deya tap-room in Cheltenham🇬🇧 even before the expansion. And this was batch one, the very first💝.

When I first saw it I couldn't resist; and after having kept it in the cellar for all these years (more as a souvenir than as a beer) the time has come to open it🔥.
A mixed fermentation ale with plums and barrel aged for 8 months.
Beautiful beer, fruity soul with balanced sour and oak complexity💥 🌲🌿🍋🍑💝🍻.

New beer by Tilquin! 🍻
Resa disponibile oramai da un paio di anni, Mirabelle è un blend di lambic con macerazione di prugne della varietà mirabelle.
Non sono amante dei lambic con prugne ma questa varietà dona sentori dolci di frutta matura bilanciati da sentori citrici e funky, delicious 🍋🍑🍺🥭🌈💥🪵💐.

August is Cantillon time, remembering the last visit made 🇧🇪.
Another amazing wine lambic by Cantillon, Nuit Bruxelloise is a lambic blend with Alicante Teinturier grapes from Zelige-Caravent 🍇, a rare grape type with deep dark fruity notes, spicy peppery flavors and also a tannic finish 🍷. Profile confirmed by our American friends at the same table 😂.

🆔 TILQUIN - GEWURZT 2021 🆔

Nuovo druiven Lambic da parte di Tilquin, utilizzando uve Gewurztraminer nel Lambic.
Ricco, sia la naso che al gusto con grande aromaticità. La parte vinosa è la protagonista con sentori aspri di albicocca e pesca per poi concludersi con i sentori di muffa e funky tipici del lambic, veramente ottimo💥🔥

🆔 CANTILLON - Loerik 🆔
New Cantillon release is Loerik, a gueuze bottled only one time in 1998 and released in 2003.
The name Loerik, is a slang term for lazy, was given due to the fact that the beer took such a long time to referment in the bottle.⏳⌛
This one is a 2021, ‘cause a second bottling of Loerik was released after being bottled in 2018🌾🍂 ⚱️🌿.
Amazing drink, not an ordinary Geuze and can’t wait to discover the potential of this beer during the years!

🆔 MILLS - MIRE 🆔

E’ divertente sapere sul come io abbia sudato sette camice per poter bere e comprare alcune bottiglie di Mills Brewing nel lontano 2019 a Bristol per poi vederle due anni dopo comodamente caricate sullo shop dell’amico Fabio di 💯.

Mire è la collaborazione con Little Earth Project, una sour ale barrel aged in botti ex sidro di chiara ispirazione ad un lambic belga e dry hop di Golding🍃.
Di facile beva, chiari richiami resinosi ma senza nulla togliere all’anima sour con finale aspro, agrumato e leggermente torbato.

🆔 FRAMBOOS - 3 FONTEINEN (2011/2018) 🆔

What a nice pairing between the Framboos 2011 and 2018!
Also the Gorsem/framboos by was nice, crispy Pils, fresh hops and porchbomb Imperial Stout by OH!

🆔 CIDER PAIRING 🆔

Interesting and funny evening with an amazing cider-perry pairing.
The two bottles were Melancholia 2020 by Antidoot and Fossey 2020 by Jerôme Forget 🍎 🍐🍏💐🌱🌳.

Antidoot used the plant de blanc varietal front Ferme de Lyonnière by Jerôme Forget too! Perfect marriage of pears and apples, dry and sour, good carbonation and tannins soul well balanced. Truly pleasant.
Forget used fossey mono varietal pears, super sweet (huge pear scent), floral, fruity and dry in the end.
Sharing is caring, and those two are stunning products💥🔥.

🆔 Druif - Tommie Sjef 🆔

Super enjoyable beer by Tommie with my buddies.
Druif is a wild ale with organic Kekfrankos grapes and blended with natty Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon 🍇.
Stunning berry flavour, earthy soul, spicy ending with gently sour touch.
Truly sessionable, well balanced and amazing beer! ♥️











🆔 L’Ambigu (Lazarijberg) - Antidoot 🆔

Another amazing hybrid beer-wine with this L’Ambigu by Antidoot.
Blending a wine with locally harvested Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer grapes and added to a barrel of beer, aged together for nine more months in the barrel.
Perfect balaced to be a great wild ale and a natural wine.
Full beer body with a hint of white grape, beautifully balanced as always with complexity and cool floral notes.

🆔 CANTILLON - Drogone 🆔
It’s Drogone time, again! 🐉 🍇
New 2021 batch here for this Cantillon Drogone Lambic: a 3 year old lambic macerated with red Aglianico grape vinacce in lambic fermented with gross lees (the grapes went through a 3 month pellicular maceration in chestnut wood barrel) from our Cantina Giardino 🇮🇹.
Pure jammy with an amazing flavor and taste note of berry, red wine, wood and a gently sour ending 🍒 🍓 .
Refreshing and amazing to share with your mate🍻
