What Is Involved In Studying This Course?
The City & Guilds Skills Awards have been designed to provide a broad introduction to essential practical skills in areas of work as diverse as construction, engineering, hospitality and IT.
The awards are flexible with practical assessment only; this means that language is not a barrier to assessment. The awards can be used either as a complete training programme for new candidates or to assess the competence of more experienced ones. Consequently, programme duration is flexible.
Certificates are awarded for gaining and demonstration of knowledge.

Now Hiring Clerical Assistant
Role and Core Functions:
Provide clerical support to Head of School and other members of staff
Keeping accurate records such as filing for students and staff matters
Dealing with complaints and queries from students.
Processing invoices and maintaining a database ensuring records are complete and current
Perform other related duties assigned
Knowledge of Bookkeeping would be an asset.
Qualifications and Experience:
Have a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent education
At least four (4) CSEC subjects, including Math and English Language
At least two (2) years of working experience in a similar position
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer service skills
Competency in Microsoft suite.
